Enjoy a chic dining experience in San Jose. Citrus Restaurant offers a relaxed dining experience for a sophisticated palate. Sheer curtains, Venetian plants, warm walls, and terracotta ceilings create an engaging and versatile environment - perfect for your next romantic evening, group gathering, or business dinner.

Citrus Restaurant serves globally influenced California cuisine with respect for the land and seas. We offer the best local produce and sustainable meat and seafood in accordance with the Monterey Seafood Watch program. The menu is updated often to ensure produce is prepared in the peak of their season. Flavorful and unique ingredients are sought from around the world to add a global twist to your dining experience. 

Dine in the open-air, European-style courtyard near the fountain for an especially memorable experience. Complimentary continental breakfast is served from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Robert Sapirman as Executive Chef, takes charge of Citrus, Hotel Valencia's modern restaurant, featuring hearty steaks, fresh seafood and vegetarian plates, as well as all food services at the hotel.
