Classic Wellness Room

Deluxe Rooms — Standard or with Balcony
At approximately 350 square feet, our Deluxe Rooms bring in fresh California air and views of the Santana Row neighborhood. Select rooms open onto a private balcony. Furnishings include two doubles or one king with custom bedding, a 50″ TV, oversized armchair, desk, and private bar, plus a traditional tub-and-shower bath.
Junior Suite — Standard or with Balcony
Spread out in 650 square feet overlooking the Santana Row neighborhood, with a dedicated conversation area and, in most suites, a step-out balcony. Custom bedding, a 50″ TV, sofa, desk, and private bar set the tone; the bath impresses with a walk-in shower, separate soaking tub, double sinks, and a private vanity area.
Executive Suite
Our one-bedroom Executive Suites are corner suites, facing either Santana Row or the Santa Cruz mountains, with a private step-out balcony. At approximately 500 square feet, each suite includes a separate seating area, custom bedding, 50″ TV, oversized leather armchair, desk, and private bar. The bath features a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub.

Accessible Rooms
Classic & Deluxe Accessible Rooms — Standard or with Balcony
At approximately 350 square feet, our accessible Classic & Deluxe Rooms overlook the Santana Row neighborhood. Choose two double beds or one custom-dressed king, alongside a 50″ flat-panel TV, oversized armchair, desk, and honor bar. Bathrooms are equipped with either a tub/shower combination or a roll-in shower.
Accessible Junior Suite Balcony
Take in views of the Santana Row neighborhood from our Accessible Junior Suite, which has its own patio area. This 650-square-foot San Jose suite pairs one king bed with a well-appointed conversation area, custom bedding, 50″ flat-panel TV, oversized leather armchair, desk, and honor bar. The spacious bath includes a roll-in shower, separate soaking tub, double sinks, and a private vanity area.
Executive Suite Balcony, Accessible
Our accessible one-bedroom Executive Suite Balcony opens onto Santana Row’s main street scene. At approximately 550 square feet, the suite features one king bed, a separate seating area, and a private balcony, furnished with custom bedding, 50″ flat-panel TV, sofa, desk, and honor bar. The bath offers a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub.

Designed for accessibility, our Classic and Deluxe Balcony Communication Rooms offer approximately 350 square feet of space. Does the hotel have a swimming pool?
Yes, an outdoor, heated pool on the 5th floor, open daily from 5:30 am to 10:00 pm and private to hotel guests.
Is breakfast included with my stay?
Complimentary breakfast is not included, but Oveja Negra is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and in-room dining serves breakfast from 6:00 am.
Does the hotel offer free Wi-Fi?
Overnight guests receive complimentary basic Wi-Fi in their guest rooms and public spaces; premium Wi-Fi is $10.
Where do I park?
Valet parking is $60 overnight or $20 for three hours. Self-parking in the surrounding Santana Row garages is $15 per 12 hours or $30 overnight (rates set by Santana Row).
How far is the hotel from the airport?
Hotel Valencia Santana Row is approximately 5–7 miles from Mineta San Jose Airport (SJC), a 15–25 minute drive. The hotel does not offer an airport shuttle; a taxi runs about $35 each way.
How old do I have to be to check in?
The minimum age to check in is 21. Valid identification is required.
What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations made at least 72 hours before check-in may be cancelled free within 24 hours of booking; otherwise cancellation is required 48 hours before check-in to avoid a one-night charge. Special-event and non-refundable reservations are non-cancellable after the first 24 hours.
Are there any additional fees?
A city hotel fee of $1.50 per room, per night applies.
Does the hotel allow pets?
Yes, in designated pet-friendly rooms and public areas, with a non-refundable $150 fee per pet and a pet waiver at check-in. Two pets maximum, 50 pounds each; service animals under the ADA definition are always welcome.
Is the hotel smoke-free?
Yes. Smoking is permitted only in designated open-air areas outside the hotel; cleaning fees apply for violations.
Can I request connecting rooms?
A limited number of connecting rooms (king to double) are available on request, subject to availability and assigned at check-in. They cannot be guaranteed.
