Cielo is the quieter counterpoint to Vbar: a seasonal rooftop wine bar with mountain views, fire pit seating, and a curated California wine list poured alongside a light seasonal bite. It’s open Wednesday through Sunday from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm, weather permitting, and available for private parties when you want the whole roof to yourselves.
