Vehicle passes are required for overnight self-parking and must be displayed on the dashboard of your vehicle. Hotel Valencia Santana Row’s outdoor, heated swimming pool is open daily from 5:30 am to 10:00 pm and is located on the 5th floor. The Valencia Pool is private for hotel guests only.

The hotel offers a limited number of connecting rooms in king to double/double configuration. To request a connecting or adjoining room, contact the front desk at the hotel directly prior to arrival day. The hotel will do its best to accommodate these requests, but cannot guarantee them. Package Storage/Handling: Hotel Valencia may store shipments for your arrival. Due to limited storage space, please ship all packages to arrive no more than 5 business days prior to your arrival date. A handling charge of $3.00 per package will apply to all packages delivered to events and meeting spaces. All packages stored longer than 5 business days will incur a storage fee of $5.00 per package, per day.

Packages arriving for guests who are checked in will be left a message that a package has arrived and can be picked up from the Bell Staff or delivered for a $2.00 Delivery Fee for the first three packages and $2.00 for each additional package.  All guests must be present to sign for packages upon delivery.
